1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Xgpu, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and activity under your organization. Keep secrets confidential and revoke keys you no longer need.
3. Billing and tokens
Subscription plans grant token allowances for each billing cycle. Top-up packages grant tokens according to the package you purchase. Unused plan tokens may reset at cycle boundaries as described in the product. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer systems beyond permitted API use, or use the service for illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Inference capacity, model availability, and latency may vary.
